When we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) for signs of wear or use. If item(s) are in returnable condition, we will refund your original method of payment. If item(s) are not in returnable condition or received after the 30 day period, item(s) will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of being received.

Hey there, we get it—sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s the deal on making returns easy:
• 30-Day Return Window: You’ve got 30 days from the day your order lands at your doorstep to return it.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and ready for their next adventure.
• The Fine Print:
• Final Sale Items: Anything marked “final sale” is, well, final. No returns or exchanges.
• Custom Orders: Sorry, custom orders can’t be returned or exchanged.
• International Orders: Due to customs regulations, we can’t accept returns on orders outside the U.S. or shipped to military addresses.
What About Shipping Costs?
• If you checked out with Redo, we’ve got you—return shipping is covered for exchanges or returns for store credit.
• For most other returns, there’s a $10 flat-rate shipping fee if you’re refunding back to the original payment method.
