When we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) for signs of wear or use. If item(s) are in returnable condition, we will refund your original method of payment. If item(s) are not in returnable condition or received after the 30 day period, item(s) will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of being received.

Sale items are not returnable. All sales of these items are final. No exceptions will be made.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different size or color of your item, please place a new order and return your original item for a refund (item must meet criteria for returns as stated above). Placing a new order for the desired item ensures that it isn’t sold out before we receive your return.

JANE RETURNS

Any item purchased through Jane.com can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

The package must include your name, order number, and reason for return. Once we receive the package, Jane will refund the cost of the item within 7 days. Any items received postmarked after the 14 days are only eligible for store credit.

Use code “LOCAL” for free pickup on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday between 9:30-3:30. We will email you when your order is ready!
